MEETINGS AND CEREMONIES
Builders Clubs are encouraged to establish a calendar of events to include board meetings, club meetings and service projects. Though each club is unique in how it carries out these events, there are resources to guide these events. For club meetings, make sure to create agendas in advance and take minutes. It's also important to create an agenda for your officer/board meeting!
A club may want to host an end-of-the-year celebration to recognize the club’s accomplishments and highlight individuals. Don’t forget to share your Builders Club news for Facebook or website consideration. Send summaries of your successful events and service projects, along with high resolution JPGs, to buildersclub@kiwanis.org.
