Builders Club advisors have access to interactive training that delivers the knowledge and resources needed to guide and mentor a successful Builders Club. Whether you’re a new or experienced advisor, these training courses will enhance and strengthen your skills.

Youth Protection Guidelines

This module is only available to Kiwanis advisors through the Kiwanis Online Reporting System. All Kiwanis club advisors are required to view this 20-minute overview of the Kiwanis Youth Protection Guidelines annually. The training covers important policies and provides recommendations for keeping youth safe. 

Kiwanis advisors can access the Youth Protection Guidelines education session through the Kiwanis online reporting system. After logging into your Kiwanis club advisor role, click the Education tab on the left menu and select the "Youth Protection" training. 

Builders Club 101: Coach. Mentor. Role Model.

This education session is recommended for Kiwanis and faculty advsiors who are new to their role. This 25-minute interactive experience explores how Builders Club works—and how the Builders Club advisor fits into that picture. The training also clarifies the learning outcomes of the Builders Club program. 

Kiwanis and faculty advisors can access Builders Club 101: Coach. Mentor. Role Model. through the Kiwanis online reporting system. After logging into your club advisor role, click the Education tab on the left menu and select the “Builders Club 101” training. Recommended for first-time advisors, but also a great refresher for experienced advisors.

Builders Club 201: Knowledge. Tools. Strategies.

This education session is recommended for Kiwanis and faculty advisors who have been in their role for at least one year or more. During this 50-minute interactive experience, you'll explore:
      1. How the Builders Club Service Leadership Model works.
      2. Which characteristics members develop as a result of being in a
          Builders Club.
      3. And, practical ways to develop these characteristics in members.

Kiwanis and faculty advisors can access Builders Club 201: Knowledge. Tools. Strategies. through the Kiwanis Online Reporting System. After logging into your club advisor role, click the Education tab on the left menu and select the “Builders Club 201” training.
