Nominating a Builders Club faculty, Kiwanis advisor or club officer for an award is easy! Nominations for a Distinguished award can be made by any member, club officer, club advisor, school staff member, community organization staff member or Kiwanis district administrator. Just follow these four steps: 

  1. Read information about the award and criteria on the Builders Club Awards and Recognition webpage. Make sure your honoree is eligible. 
  2. Review the appropriate online form. (Both are linked below.) Then gather examples and stories about the nominee from other members, officers or advisors to answer the form’s questions. 
  3. Collect photos of your nominee to upload when you complete the nomination form. For an officer nomination, work with the club advisor to get a signed photo release. Kiwanis requires the release for anyone under the age of 18.   
  4. Complete and submit the online nomination form by the April 1 deadline.
