Awards & Contest Information
All Builders Club contest and award entries are due to you by April 1st. Then, you have until April 30th to select the top winners in each of the categories:
- Scrapbook
- Essay
- Speech
- Leadership award
You will then send the top winners in each of these categories to me, at Kiwanis International, by April 30th. You will use the judging form in the contest booklet to determine the winners. I would suggest that you not do this alone and possibly use a small committee if possible. The only exception is that I ask you to send all of the leadership award entries to me, but still have a winner selected, so we can honor them from the international office.
Annual Achievement Report
Annual Achievement reports are all sent to me at Kiwanis International and are due on May 1st, if for some reason they are sent to you simply forward them along.
Club Renewal Center: www.buildersclub.org/renewal
This is a resource you will likely be asked about by your clubs. Get familiar with their renewal process, so you can answer questions if necessary. Also, don't hesitate to direct them to our Member Services staff who can answer any and all of their questions: memberservices@kiwanis.org or by calling, 800-549-2647, ext 411.
BC WIRE
This e-newsletter is posted online monthly during the school-year and is mainly for advisors. These can be found under the Publications section.
